You start a question and it’s like starting a Stone. The creative seed was sowed some time ago; when exactly? No one would know. The seed is being raised & is coming to fruition. What has been sowed cannot lie. What is being raised cannot die. The harvest is but a hair’s breadth away. The afterglow is but anybody’s say.

Here I am. This is my mark

I am jolted awake in a glacial sweat, again, again & again. Each & every night you strike me down mercilessly. I stumble to my feet, you cut me to shreds. I cower in the remotest recess, you mock my entrails & my soul. From dawn to dusk you stalk me as if I were a wild beast of burden. Who are you? What are you? Where are you? Why are you? Why? Why me? The tenet of duality and duplicity has shackled me since my inception. The acerated blade of Excalibur severs my infinite chains relentlessly. I stand before you now, complete. Upon my aching back, I bear the weight of the world of the living & the kingdom of the dead  with an unrivalled passion.

Break the Cycle

The Concept


Expect the unexpected. Probably the only way to describe The 13. A unique location, where creative writing merges with art. An imaginary & irrefutable adventure of a lifetime, which is as much existential as it is esoterical. Confused ? Well that’s what we had been hoping for. We shall endeavour to take you on a journey, take you for a ride, to places and emotions that you have already experienced and to places and emotions that you would never have dreamt of experiencing in your wildest dreams. Intrigued ? Well that’s what we were hoping for. Simply put, The 13 is a series of tales  in 13 episodes staging 13 characters. You will undoubtedly love certain personalities, be indifferent to others and loathe a few, such is life ! The contrary would be unthinkable. Bemused ? Well that’s what we have been hoping for. The protagonists’ tales are as simple as they are complex.

A number of Easter Eggs have been subtlly & unsubtlly concealed throughout. Sometimes the obvious is so obvious that it becomes unobvious & vice versa. Likewise, you will find or pass over numerous cultural references, which serve to add substance to the whole piece. Charmed ? Well that’s what we are hoping for.  There will be no sequel, no spin-off. The contrary would be unthinkable. All we ask of you is to open your eyes and open your mind. Ready ? Of course you are. That’s what we will be hoping for…
